Beth Burden is the founder of Mother Jane and
queen of the sassy, soulful vocals (& hair).
Lisa Raymond completes the duo with a fusion of vocals and 6-string
jammin'.
For these girls, it's been 6 years, four albums and hundreds
of live shows. For you, it's a journey into their world of edgy
acoustic rock and a dip in the soul pool creating an unmistakable
blend of sweet-laced and in-your-face original songs.
They don't ride on the typical indie highway, but these girls

to watch" on his nationally syndicated radio program "Acoustic
Café", and they have endeavored to make music that

Mother Jane's four albums includes a wide range of tunes from
stripped down acoustic to full band sound, with each album progressing
in its songwriting, production & experience. While
others may beg to differ, "Our first album makes a superb
beverage coaster," while their 3rd album "Can't Complain"
was aired on over 80 non-comm stations across the country and
even edged its way on to the national FMQB Triple A Charts.
